One vial each of glutathione, NAD+ (vial and spray), MOTS-c and epithalon from Real Peptides comes to $288.00, enough to clear the vendor's $250 free-shipping line. These are the longevity peptides and related compounds buyers most often research together, and two of them, MOTS-c and epithalon, were recommended for FDA's 503A bulks list by an advisory committee in July 2026.
The term "peptides" is rather broad in this context. Glutathione is a tripeptide, MOTS-c and epithalon are peptides, and NAD+ is a coenzyme and not a peptide at all. The connection between them is the angle of longevity research. None of these substances are approved by the FDA as medicines, and all are for research use only.
Every single compound is looked into for a different mechanism due to which treating them as one "stack" may lead to wrong assumptions. The table below shows what they are and their cost.
| Compound | What it is | Research focus | Size and price | Per mg |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Glutathione Peptide | Antioxidant tripeptide | Oxidative stress | 600mg, $40.80 | $0.068 |
| NAD+ Peptide (Multi-Dose Vial) | Coenzyme | Energy metabolism | Multi-dose vial, $60.00 | Size not listed |
| NAD+ Peptide Liquid Spray | Coenzyme, liquid | Energy metabolism | 1000mg, $120.00 | $0.12 |
| MOTS-c Peptide | Mitochondria-derived peptide | Metabolism, exercise | 10mg, $43.20 | $4.32 |
| Epithalon Peptide | Synthetic tetrapeptide | Ageing research | 10mg, $24.00 | $2.40 |
I obtained figures calculated by milligram from the list of products provided. The products mentioned above have COA accredited by independent certification laboratory. The per milligram cost calculations for longevity peptides are only relevant to one product because the experiments with longevity peptides differ significantly in the scale of setting.
Glutathione is the body's own antioxidant tripeptide, and it is the cheapest of longevity compounds by weight at about 6.8 cents per milligram. Glutathione is also by far the compound most involved in sales and marketing since clinics and med-spas offer glutathione drips and injections for beauty and health.
No injectable glutathione is FDA-approved for those uses, and FDA has warned about online injectable skin-lightening products. The research vial is for lab work only. More on the product is on the glutathione peptide page.
NAD+ is a coenzyme in every cell, central to energy metabolism, and levels decline with age in many studies. The research listings here come in two formats: a multi-dose vial of lyophilized powder at $60.00 and a 1000mg liquid spray at $120.00.
Human evidence for injectable NAD+ benefits on energy, ageing or weight is limited, and most strong data come from cell and animal models. Weight-loss claims for NAD+ are not supported by controlled human trials. Neither listing includes a physician consultation, because both are research products. Our glutathione vs NAD+ page compares the two molecules directly.
MOTS-c and epithalon are the two compounds here that FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted on in July 2026, and both votes were favorable. MOTS-c was recommended on 23 July by 8-6 with one abstention; epithalon on 24 July by 7-4.
These votes don’t have any binding power. FDA still needs to make the decision and then proceed through proposed and final rulemaking involving public comment. Even as of the meeting, neither of them had yet been included in the list of bulk ingredients under 503A. The research findings are also preliminary, with MOTS-c research primarily being related to animal experimentation on metabolism and exercise, and epithalon coming from Russian research in gerontology, making most of its findings old and limited.
The regulatory detail is on our FDA status page.
Bundling longevity peptides for sale may make a collection look like a strategy, however, the studies supporting each substance are independent of one another.
“Stack” refers to the purchasing of combinations of compounds together as opposed to proven combination in human studies. Combined testing of glutathione, NAD+, MOTS-C, and epithalon has not been done scientifically on humans, and combining compounds makes the process of attributing any laboratory outcome significantly more complex.
For lab buyers, the practical points are paperwork and cost. Check that each COA matches its lot, and plan one order to cover the free-shipping threshold rather than several small ones. The cost breakdown is on the glutathione injection cost page, and the full catalog is on the products page.
Anyone considering the use of these products for their well-being should first have a discussion with their physician instead of rushing to buy them.
Discounts shown are real: the vendor’s own sale price, or how much cheaper per mg a product is than the average of the vendors on this page.
